Disclaimer of Liability: I acknowledge that Enniskerry FC Ltd and its officers will not in anyway be liable for the loss or damage to property or for personal injury to or death of any Member or Guest, except to the extent that such loss, damage, personal injury or death arises from the willful act, neglect or default of Enniskerry FC Ltd its officers, servants or agents.

Parental Consent to Medical Treatment: In the event that any person from our club is injured while at Belles in the Meadow and their parents/guardians cannot be contacted, I confirm that I will have their consent for their children to receive medical attention.

Parental Consent to Photography: I consent to Enniskerry FC including my team in photographs & videos taken during the normal course of Belles and for such team & match photos / video to be published on the Club website,  Social Media channels and some printed brochures for the tournament..
